Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. All prices quoted are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
2. Full payment is required upon acceptance of the quotation. Payment shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirmation that the quotation is correct.
3. Quotations are valid for a period of fourteen (14) days from date of issue. Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).
4. Upon receipt of cleared payment, an invoice will be issued confirming the dispatch date, being the date on which the goods leave The Linen Suppliers premises and not the delivery date. Delivery times are estimates only.
5. Estimated delivery is seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days from receipt of cleared payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Linen Suppliers shall not be liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to load shedding.
6. Requests for urgent orders must be submitted in writing and may, at The Linen Suppliers discretion, attract a surcharge.
7. The Linen Suppliers reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of material, supplier, or input cost fluctuations.
8. The Purchaser shall inspect the goods upon delivery.
9. Goods signed for as “Not Checked” shall be deemed inspected and accepted by the Purchaser.
10. Variations in colour, shade, and dye lot may occur between production runs and shipments. Exact colour matching, including white, is not guaranteed.
11. All goods are manufactured to order. No returns, refunds, or exchanges shall be accepted. The Linen Suppliers shall not be liable for goods correctly manufactured in accordance with the order.
12. The Linen Suppliers shall not be liable for any damage, shrinkage, discolouration, or defects arising from improper use, care, or laundering of the goods.
13. Minimum order of R2 500. All ORDERS.

Shipping Policy

While we will attempt to accommodate delivery time requests, delivery times cannot be scheduled and may vary depending on the courier’s route on the day.

Shipping fees explained

The shipping cost will be calculated according to the order placed, as well as the area of delivery.
