Terms & Conditions

1. All prices quoted inclusive of VAT.
2. Full Payment on Acceptance.
3. By making payment you accept our terms and conditions and that the quotation is correct.
4. On clearance of payment, you will receive an invoice stipulating your dispatch date which indicates that the order leaves our premises and not the date delivered. A separate email will be sent with your tracking information.
5. Should any order be deemed as urgent, this is to be conveyed in writing to us with the date that this is needed by. A surcharge may be requested if this disrupts the flow of manufacturing. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct dispatch date on your invoice. We will try our utmost to accommodate a sooner dispatch date.
6. Delivery within 7 -14 working days from date that payments are cleared. Unless otherwise stipulated. Lead times may change should unexpected events happen (e.g. load shedding)
8. In the event of material or supplier rate fluctuations, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.

10. All written quotations will be valid for 14 days.
11. All goods to be checked on delivery, No REFUNDS all orders are manufactured to each client’s specifications. Should you have any disputes, please notify The Linen Suppliers as soon as delivery has occurred. We will not entertain any disputes after 48hrs of delivery.

13. Please note that Dye lots may differ from shipment to shipment. We cannot Guarantee the same shade (THIS INCLUDES WHITE) will be supplied on fabrics
14. Please make sure of all measurements, qualities and quantities ordered as The Linen Suppliers will not be held liable nor accept any returns if goods are incorrectly ordered by the customer and correctly manufactured by the factory.
15. We do not accept any returns; all orders are manufactured specifically for each client.  Ensure you order the correct items/quantities/colors etc…
16. The Linen Suppliers will not be held liable in any way with linen being laundered incorrectly, Thus causing shrinkage, coloration etc.

Shipping Policy

While we will attempt to accommodate delivery time requests, delivery times cannot be scheduled and may vary depending on the courier’s route on the day.

Shipping fees explained

The shipping cost will be calculated according to the order placed, as well as the area of delivery.

Collections-You are welcome to arrange your own collection.
